What we collect
When you order from us or write to us, the data involved can include:

- Payment details, which go to our payment provider — full card numbers are never kept on our servers

- To take payment, fulfil the order and get it shipped to you
- To send confirmations and delivery updates
- To answer support requests
- To spot and stop fraudulent orders
- To understand how the site is used and improve it
Payments
Checkout and payment are handled by CartPanda. Your card details go straight to them and are covered by their own privacy terms as well as this policy.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your personal information. It is shared only with the providers who need it to run the business — payment processing, shipping and fulfilment, email delivery, customer support — and only the part of it each one needs. We may also hand over information when the law requires it.
Analytics and advertising
We use analytics and advertising tools, including Google and Meta products, to measure how campaigns and pages perform. These tools set cookies and may receive technical identifiers linked to your visit. You can control this through the cookie banner on the site and through the privacy settings offered by those platforms.
Marketing emails
If you opt in to marketing email, every message carries an unsubscribe link and leaving takes one click. Transactional email — order confirmations, shipping notices — is sent either way, because it concerns a purchase you actually made.
Cookies
Cookies and similar technologies keep the site working, hold your session together and let us measure traffic. You can turn them off in your browser, with the caveat that parts of the site may stop behaving correctly if you do.
How long we keep it
Order and billing records are kept for as long as accounting, tax and legal obligations require, then deleted or stripped of anything that identifies you.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. Write to support@cartpanda.com and we will reply within the window applicable law gives us. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to certain processing or to receive your data in a portable format — ask, and we will handle it.
Children
This site is not aimed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

If this policy changes, the revised version appears on this page with a new date at the top.
